Shipping and Delivery Policy
At Your Digital Product, we specialize exclusively in digital education materials. Please read this policy to understand how your purchase is delivered.
1. No Physical Shipping
We sell Digital Products Only (PDF Notes, E-Books, Test Series).
We do not ship physical books, printed notes, or hard copies to your address.
No courier or tracking number will be provided because no physical package is being sent.
2. Instant Digital Delivery
Your study materials are delivered automatically and instantly after successful payment.
Via Email: You will receive an email containing the download link(s) immediately after purchase. Please check your inbox (and Spam/Junk folder) for an email from Your Digital Product.
Via Website: If you created an account during checkout, you can also access your files at any time by logging into the “My Account” section and clicking on “Downloads”.
3. Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of digital downloads, we do not offer exchanges.
Once a file is purchased and the download link is generated, it cannot be “returned” or exchanged for a different subject or bundle.
Example: If you buy “Class 11 Chemistry” by mistake, we cannot exchange it for “Class 12 Physics” because the original file has already been delivered to you.
Please review your cart carefully before making a payment.
4. Troubleshooting Delivery Issues
In rare cases, technical glitches may delay the email delivery.
Check Spam Folder: 99% of “missing” emails are found in the Spam or Promotions tab.
Typo in Email: If you entered the wrong email address during checkout, please contact us immediately with your payment proof/transaction ID. We will manually correct your email and resend the files.
